This week has been a low glow week for me.
Not blazing, not bursting with energy. Just… steady, quiet, small.
And I’ll be honest… at first, it made my nervous system twitch. For so long, I equated stillness with danger. Rest with laziness. Slowness with falling behind.
But I’m beginning to see differently.
I’ve had to learn — gently, over and over — that it’s safe for my glow to be low.
That I don’t need to blaze to be loved.
That even the ember-light within me is sacred.
Let this season be an exhale, not a performance. Between Ash and Amber is your quiet companion for becoming.
Rest isn’t a collapse. It’s a doorway. A place where capacity expands. Where receiving becomes possible. Where abundance finally has space to arrive.
So if your glow feels low, too, you’re not failing. You’re being invited to notice the ember and to trust it.
